Our bin comes standard with a 2 day rental and a 1000kg (1 tonne) waste allowance.
Don't need it as long? We also offer same day drop off and pickup.
If you need more time, we can add days to your rental as well.

When do you pickup and drop off the trailer?
We typically drop off in the evening before your rental day and pickup after 4pm on the second day. For example, if you wanted Monday and Tuesday we would drop off Sunday evening and pickup Tuesday after 4pm. If you wanted to extend an additional day, just pay the daily fee and we would pickup Wednesday after 4pm.

Do I need to be home for the pickup or drop off?
You do not need to be home for the pickup, as long as we can access our trailer we can pick it up and go. For the drop off, someone would need to be available unless you have already signed your agreement and paid the deposit on the rental.

How much is the deposit, how do I pay?
The deposit on our standard rental is $300.00 and can be paid with Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card or E-Transfer. From this deposit we will deduct your rental fee, taxes, as well as any overage or processing fees if applicable. The deposit amount may increase for additional days or special processing items up front. Any funds left over will be credited back to you as an E-Transfer, should a balance be owing you will receive an invoice.

Can I put anything in the bin, or are there restrictions?
You can put just about anything in the bin. There are some items, we cannot accept like Asbestos, Ammunition, Fireworks etc. and there are some items like tires, paint cans, and appliances that have to be handled differently. Don't worry, you won't have to memorize these lists - we go over everything when we drop off the trailer for you.
